Bowness can participate to the extent desired by the client in the design process. Also, Bowness has a demonstrated track record of being able to work effectively with out-of-town architects and designers.

Throughout the 33 years that Bowness Custom Homes has operated in the Sandhills area, we have identified and established relationships with the very best suppliers and subcontractors. The Bowness family of suppliers and subcontractors are well acquainted with the quality and schedule disciplines required by Bowness and have a proven track record.
